Leadership and Governance

  • Set high-level priorities for the team.

  • Manage and delegate to strong staff: coach (and hold accountable) a senior team responsible for excellence in recruiting, management, budgeting, accounting, compliance, day-to-day campaign leadership, and more.
  • Work with the Board of Directors to grow the Board and maximize the Board’s value to the team.
  • Provide leadership in creating an organizational culture of anti-oppression.

  • A demonstrated track record of setting a strong vision for an organization, and then converting that vision to reality.
  • Expertise in either online campaigning, and/or market-based or corporate accountability campaigns.

  • Understanding of global politics and corporate accountability
  • Demonstrated success building and leading large, diverse teams.
  • Comfort thinking beyond national borders and working with remote teams across cultures and many time zones.
  • Experience managing budgets in the range of USD $5-10 million.
